Go Within

Message from Hadden, received March 28th, 2025.

"You are not your body. Your body supports you, being here. I am not my body. My body supports me, being here. The body is a vessel of expression, which is why I always point to taking care of yours. You do plenty for mine, and are adequately guided in your decisions within this regard. Your decisions about my body. It’s the old saying, you know best. Go within. Go deeply within. Go within until there is no without. Until all is within. I am here. All I need, and all you need, is here. So exist from here. How long did that take? Seconds. To go within. Minutes. And all it really takes is stopping time, by coming into the moment. Into your full expression. I express fully in every moment, because I am always present in the moment. Go within. The answers are within. I speak to you from within. Our connection is within you. Within every cell, of you. I am within every cell of you. You are within every cell of me. This is our power. Our connection. It is real. We came here to know it, and to experience it. This practice is within. Even your outside world is guiding you to slow down. I am guiding you to slow down. Sometimes this takes a full and complete physical stop. Allow yourself this pause. As often as necessary. And soon you will exist from this connection. Within it. As it. The energy that I am flows through you now. And the energy that you are, flows through you now. It is one. It is all the same energy. I allow so much of mine through at all times. Allow yours, and combine it with your intention. The intention to experience our life from the highest levels of consciousness accessible from the human realm. There is nothing to do. Be. Here. In this full expression of you. Allowing it to flow through. And express through you. Go within, until there is no without. Everything is within you. The answer to any question. But why must we have questions? Because I am not a mystery to you. I’m not. You know the real me. You know everything you need to know. And what you don’t, you will feel. I love you."
